Dr. Jentsch became a member of UCF's I/O faculty in the fall of 2003. She received her Masters in I/O from UCF in 1991 and her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from USF in 1994. She has earned a number of awards, including the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace (2001), the Dr. Arthur E. Bisson Award for Naval Technology Achievement (2000), and the NAVAIR Senior Scientist Award (2000). Her research interests include mentoring, teamwork, leadership, assertiveness, training and development, and performance measurement.
