Dr. Huy Le received his Ph.D. in Management at the University of Iowa in 2003. Before joining the faculty at UCF in 2006, he worked as a research scientist at HumRRO, a non-profit research organization specialized in conducting applied research in human resources and education. His research interest is in the areas of personnel selection, test construction and validation, cross-cultural issues, and quantitative research methods (meta-analysis, Monte-Carlo simulations…).
