Research interest: Dr. Carol Paris is a Naval Research Psychologist
responsible for conducting exploratory and advanced research
in the areas of tactical decision making, performance measurement,
multimedia-based technologies for training tactical knowledge,
and training technologies for future naval platforms. Recent
and current research projects include the following: Tactical
Decision-Making Under Stress (TADMUS), Reduced Manning and
Affordability, Tactical Readiness Instruction, Authoring, and
Delivery System (TRIAD), Tactical Warfare Instructional Support
Environment (TacWISE), DD-21 acquisition program (21st century
destroyer), and Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) acquisition program.
